Well the answer is simple - I can do it, that it I have the necessary resource, and am capable, and I want to. I don't think I need another reason, do you?

The real reason is to publish some bits and pieces in a place that others can make use of them, or simply enjoy reading them. There are a number of interests I have, but I guess the principle ones are Formula 1 and Minis. The Formula 1 part of this site is in the form of a tribute to a driver who was killed while racing a few years ago, Ayrton Senna da Silva. I won't go on about him here as I haved written a few pages here.

The other interest is Minis. I have owned a 1973 Mini 1000 since 1996, and have enjoyed every minute of driving it, and some of the time I've worked on it to! I am a member of the London & Surrey Mini Owners Club, and have a friend who periodically races a Mini in the Mini Se7en championship. For the record I do NOT like the new Mini, not even a tiny little bit.
